About

sssom-py is the Python library and command-line tool for the Simple Standard for Sharing Ontological Mappings (SSSOM). It parses, validates, merges and compares mapping files and converts them between TSV, RDF, OWL and JSON, so that ontology mappings and their provenance stay reusable and maintainable.
